Our dream come true
We’d like to thank the entire MCL Construction team for their cooperation during the project and the excellent work they carried out according to our wishes. A special thanks to Matheu Clark, our sales agent, who helped us decide to choose MCL Construction, and who answered our calls and messages at all times and was always available to help us. We’d also like to thank Cédrick, with whom we were in contact during construction, as well as the other collaborators who helped make our dream come true. And finally, thanks to Marc and Joël for their excellent after-sales service.

Our dream home project
We purchased a single-family home (duplex with rental income in the basement) from MCL in January 2019 and have really enjoyed living in our home over the past year. The attention to detail in the construction of our home, as well as the ability to make modifications to personalize the living spaces, was much appreciated.
The service we received from MCL throughout the process (purchase, pre-construction, delivery and post-delivery) was of a higher standard than most builders we have dealt with in the past.
We highly recommend MCL to anyone looking for a quality builder at a competitive price.

Building a strong future
As the owner of a first house, which turns out to be a new duplex, I must admit that I am proud of it. Thank you to MCL Constructions for offering us such a beautiful house. With such pretty and customizable models, it is easy to choose MCL to have a house built that we really like.

Our home, our choices
On a beautiful afternoon in June 2017, we began moving into our beautiful new home. We’re located on a quiet street that backs onto a natural park, which is great because there are no rear neighbors. MCL Constructions, in the hands of Cédric Vincent-Rocan and David Masin, directed the music throughout the construction process. To our great delight, we were allowed to make certain changes or additions to personalize our home, a big plus for MCL, as this is impossible with other constructions. We’re very satisfied with our choice and have no regrets about choosing MCL Constructions for our project. Would you recommend MCL? Yes, we would! Bravo MCL!

A house tailored to OUR needs
We would like to send you this message to thank you for supporting us in the realization of our project. We truly believe that without you, this would not have been possible.
As you may recall, we went through several stages, starting with the project we called megaproject in response to a call for tenders. Unfortunately, it was not selected. Despite this, we were determined to go ahead, and you were there to support us.
Despite the time it took, numerous phone calls and multiple appointments at Constructions MCL, you were always available to meet our needs. You demonstrated professionalism and patience. We’re very grateful.
In particular, we’d like to thank Maxime, for suggesting the land, multiple appointments and contacts with the mortgage broker to make our home a reality.
Thank you to Marc, for bringing us the fast-track plan, which we managed to drop off in Maniwaki at 11 p.m. on time. You did an exceptional job.
