As a new housing consultant, you will accompany clients in their new housing project. From the preliminary study of their needs to the smile they will have at the sight of their new home, you will be their partner.

  • Management of the installation of signs and individual advertising posters, “Sandwich board”
  • Must keep the model homes clean (very clean)
  • Must answer the phone at all times and return calls within 5 minutes
  • Must respond to his emails very quickly
  • Fill in the customer card with each new lead.
  • Add leads, prospects and customer with their contact information in the CRM database and categorize them
  • Organize appointments with customers (leads)
  • Do the needs analysis (location, budget, type of house, financial capacity)
  • Confirm with customers (prospects) if you have understood their needs
  • Present the best solutions for them
  • Visit the different model houses. Present the advantages of MCL Constructions
  • Ensure follow-up with customers (leads, prospects, customers).
  • Fill out the required documents (preliminary contract, guaranteed contract, see list)
  • Prepare the required documents for funding
  • Sign contracts with customers
  • Check his contract calmly and correct it if necessary
  • Stay informed about news and innovations in your field
  • All other related tasks

  • Excellent knowledge of English and French, written and oral

Base salary plus commission based on your performances
