This year marks a major milestone for Constructions MCL – 15 years in the residential construction industry and more than 500 homes built across the Outaouais region. This achievement reflects years of hard work, expertise, and the trust of hundreds of families who have chosen Constructions MCL for their dream home.
As the company continues to grow, it also enters a new chapter in its leadership. After having led the company since its founding, Marc Labrie, President and General Manager, is officially passing the torch to Philippe Bonin, who now assumes the role of General Manager.
With over 20 years of experience as a management consultant for SMEs in the Outaouais, Philippe has supported more than 300 businesses, from startups to well-established organizations. Holding a bachelor’s degree in SME Management and a master’s in Regional Development, he brings together solid theoretical knowledge and practical, real-world experience. Though his background is in business management, Philippe has always been passionate about the construction field, offering a unique and complementary vision.
For his part, Philippe Bonin is honored to take on this new role:
“Constructions MCL is a strong company, well known for the quality of its projects and its close relationships with clients. My goal is to continue that mission and to support the company’s growth in a rapidly evolving market. Beyond growth, it’s also about contributing in my own way to addressing the housing crisis in the Outaouais.”
